DermaEsthetica has moved
In addition to traditional services, the local European skin care clinic is teaming up with plastic surgeon and offering Avitalin™ , a skin care line developed by owner Marina Volod

DermaEsthetica has some exciting changes to report: first, they’ve moved from their original Lake Oswego facility on First Avenue to a larger location on B Avenue.

“Our new office allows us to provide better services for our clients and add more advanced skin care treatments,” says DermaEsthetica’s founder and clinical esthetician Marina Volod.

And, “We are also very pleased to an- nounce that we are teaming up with Erik D. Schoenberg, M.D., Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon,” Volod continues. “While acting as Medical Advisor to DermaEsthetica, Dr. Schoenberg’s practice offers facial plastic surgery consultations as well as wrinkle, fine line and lip enhancing treatments, which he personally administers at our clinic.
Having trained with world-renowned facial plastic surgeons at Harvard and Cornell Uni- versities, Dr. Schoenberg serves as a professor in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to resident surgeons at Oregon Health and Sci- ence University, Volod notes.
With safety in mind, Dr. Schoenberg per- forms all surgical procedures at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, one of the top medical and surgical facilities in the country; during his work, he is accompanied by a Board Certi-fied Anesthesiologist and a team of registered nurses.
With his artistic talent, mastery of state-of-the- art techniques, and more than a decade of experi- ence performing cosmetic surgery, Dr. Schoenberg assures excellence in natural-looking aesthetic surgery of the face.

“We, at DermaEsthetica, are delighted to introduce Dr. Schoenberg to our discerning clients,” Volod beams.

The third “new” at DermaEsthetica is a recently introduced new line of skin care
products, Avitalin, which was developed by Volod herself.

After three years of intensive research of cosmetic ingredients and working closely with private cosmetic labs and formulators, Volod launched her new skin care formulas that not only use advanced anti-aging technologies and innovative cosmetic ingredients but also do not contain any harmful chemicals and paraben preservatives.
Avitalin™ products embody a new and modern approach to skin care by combining the most beneficial and rare skin care ingredients from nature – herbs, flowers, aromatic essences, oils, mineral compounds -- with the

most technologically advanced and potent Cosmeceuticals – concentrated bioactive proteins, vitamins and antioxidants.

“We’ve had great feedback about our new product, and by incorporating Avitalin™ anti-aging formulas into our client’s everyday home care regiment, we will be able to deliver unparalleled results,” Volod says.
Besides helping turn back the time and maintain healthy skin, DermaEsthetica offers an exceptional acne management program.
“We found that by alternating some of the acne strategies such as the use of topical products, exfoliating peels, deep cleaning treatments, light therapy and cold laser, we are achieving the best results clearing up some of the most difficult acne cases,” Volod notes.
While many new laser treatments for acne bring short term improvements, Volod has found that her acne management program brings stable and long lasting results for her clients struggling with acne.

In addition to skin care, their massage clinic is available.“We offer a great variety of results--oriented massage therapies, which go beyond traditional ‘spa type’ massage,” Volod says.
Highly trained massage therapist, Lev Volod, brings his background in an exceptional advanced training program with an emphasis on clinical Massage Therapy.
“He always customizes each massage to meet individual client needs, mixing different modalities of massage and different levels of pressure,” Marina Volod explains.
