Each session with Lev goes far beyond the typical spa massage. Depending on the goals of each session, he may incorporate techniques such as hot stone therapy, sequences of stretches, energy balancing, or guided imagery. He specializes in a wide range of bodywork modalities, such as Advanced Clinical Massage, Deep Tissue Mobilization, Energy Balancing, Music Therapy, Reflexology, Guided Imagery, Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).

Even if the goal of your session is simply relaxation, Lev may incorporate several clinical massage techniques to achieve the best results.

According to clinical massage protocol, each session begins with an in-depth consultation with Lev. Please allow a full hour for your first session at Dermaesthetica. You may schedule any amount of time you desire for the following sessions.

During each consultation, Lev conducts an assessment and determines what technique or combination of techniques should be applied. Based on his findings, he designs a custom massage that may involve elements of two or more modalities.

This is your opportunity to let Lev know of any areas of your body that are particularly tense or tender. You should also make him aware of your medical conditions, if any, including pregnancy.

Lev will help you become more attuned to the needs of your body. He encourages you to participate as he develops a program of clinical massage designed to enhance your emotional and physical well being.
